The road trip comic thriller will be directed by Craig Viveiros and produced by Corona Pictures.

Tim Roth and St Trinians actress Talulah Riley are to star in The Liability, a comic thriller to be directed by Craig Viveiros, who made his debut feature with Ghosted earlier this year.

Written by John Wrathall, the road trip movie will be set over 24 hours and follows two hitmen one of whom is just starting out, the other who is ready to retire, who are brought toether by a deadly female vigilante.

Shooting is due to begin on Nov 21 in Northumberland, UK.

The project, which is being pitched as “Get Carter as directed by Tarantino,” will be produced by Richard Johns and Rupert Jermyn of London based company Corona Pictures. It has been part-financed by Northstar Ventures through the North East Creative Content Fund, which is administered through Northern Film and Media.

International sales are being handled by AV Pictures.
