The multi-platform media company has promoted David McIntosh to svp of business affairs and digital distribution, Melissa Boag to svp of kids and family entertainment, Jordan Fields to vp of acquisitions; and Tom Chen to vp of publicity.

Shout! Factory’s co-founders Richard Foos, Bob Emmer and Garson Foos made the announcement on Monday.

McIntosh was previously vice-president of business affairs and also managed distribution of Shout! Factory’s film and television properties across all non-physical formats.

Boag joined the company in 2003 and previously served as vice-president of kids and family entertainment. She also oversees publicity for Shout! Factory.

Fields (pictured) leads Shout! Factory’s acquisitions team and is credited with guiding the company’s evolution from a home video distributor into a full-fledged media company.

Chen previously served as associate vice-president of publicity at Shout! Factory.
