Slingshot Global Media has signed a non-exclusive television development venture with EuropaCorp Television Studios.
EuropaCorp Television Studios and Slingshot Global Media plan to co-develop and co-finance two projects a year.
“We’re excited to start working with our new partners in this unique endeavor,” said David Ellender, CEO of Slingshot Global Media. “By joining forces with EuropaCorp Television Studios, we will be able to create globally appealing television by combining our assets.”

“By joining forces it strengthens our financing and distribution abilities with the straight-to-series model. We look forward to working closely with David and Quan and producing successful event television together.”
Slingshot Global Media recently announced a set of television projects with Keanu Reeves (pictured) – Rain and New Angeles – in addition to a new series with Blumhouse Productions, The Sitter.
It has also entered into a first-look deal with El Jefe, the new production company from writer-creators Brian McGreevy, Lee Shipman and Philipp Meyer.
Gross recently joined EuropaCorp Television Studios US to spearhead the development and production slate for the US market.
