Charlotte van Weede has today started her new position as Head of Sales for Entertainment One.

Van Weede departed her post as head of sales at Protagonist Pictures last week to take the newly created role. She previously worked at HanWay, Summit and Intermedia.

She will continue to be based in London, and will report to eOne International’s new MD Sally Caplan. The UK team, which will work on more mainstream titles, will continue to work closely with Charlotte Mickie and her Canada-based team, which will concentrate on Canadian film-makers and more specialist films.
