Deluxe Entertainment Services Group has acquired the business and assets of post production and content management provider ITFC.
Chris Higgs will continue as managing director of ITFC, which was founded in 1976 as an in-house film storage facility for ITV and now provides cinema and home entertainment subtitling and audio description services for blind and partially sighted audiences, as well as a range of content management services for broadcasters.
