Buyer sought for operations formerly known as Pepper Post.
Future Films Group has announced its plans to withdraw from the physical post-production sector, and will try to find a buyer for Pepper Post as a going concern.
The move comes following the Future Board’s review of its operations and an overall restructuring. Future will now focus on its core businesses of media finance, production and digital distribution.
Future Post Production Limited, trading as Pepper Post, ceases trading today.
Future CEO Stephen Margolis said: “Future Films is a leading provider of finance to the media industry and we will continue to focus our efforts on providing finance for film and television productions where we see excellent growth prospects. The Board and I would like to thank the staff for their contribution whilst at Pepper and regret that the state of the market has brought us to this decision.”
