European film industry business training and leadership skills development programme Inside Pictures has announced the 16 selected participants for its 2012 programme.

Now in its ninth year, the programme is open to applicants from across the EU and this year had over 100 applications selected by the interview panel.

The final 16 participants come from Austria, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, The Netherlands, Poland, Portugal and the UK.

Inside Pictures is an initiative of London-based Qwerty Films working in partnership with the UK’s National Film & Television School. The programme is funded by the MEDIA Programme andCreative Skillset.

The programme consists of three intensive one-week modules taking place in London and Los Angeles between June and Dec. The idea is to deliver cutting edge industry business knowledge and high level management skills as well as an enhanced profile within an industry network. The modules consist of seminars, workshops, studio visists and events.
