Premier PR buys design and animation house Liquid Television and rebrands as ‘Premier’.

Communications agency Premier PR is expanding and rebranding.

The outfit has bought design and animation house Liquid Television and will now be known as integrated brand Premier.

Last month Premier confirmed its acquisition of digital media company Dubbs-Eyeframe.

Cross-media agency Liquid Television specialises in idents, title sequences, channel branding, promotion and special effects.

London-based creative media firm Dubbs-Eyeframe offers post-production facilities including editing, motion graphics, print and digital content management.

The combined operation will be based out of Premier’s Berwick Street headquarters in Soho. The company employs close to 200 staff in London, Los Angeles and Plymouth.

John Reiss, chairman of Premier said: “Through this expansion and diversification we can offer clients customised packages for their content and projects, or selected areas of expertise. We have a hugely talented and enthusiastic team and many clients with whom we have worked for two decades as well as a substantial new business flow.”

The firm will launch a new website and logo.
