Kraitt will work in the film and TV department, with a focus on screenwriters for TV and film and also some directors.

Currently an agent at AP Watt, Kraitt previously served as acting literary executive at Working Title.

Also, in the company’s theatre department, Rachel Taylor has been promoted to junior agent, working alongside Mel Kenyon and Tom Erhardt.
