Dennis Quaid joins the cast of The Words

Dennis Quaid has joined Bradley Cooper and Jeremy Irons in thriller The Words, which Lisa Wilson’s Parlay Films is pre-selling.

Tron: Legacy writers Brian Klugman and Lee Sternthal wrote the screenplay and make their feature directorial debuts on the story of a writer who pays the price for stealing another man’s work.

Michael Benaroya of Benaroya Pictures is producing with Animus Films’ Jim Young and Serena Films’ Tatiana Kelly. Untitled Entertainment’s Laura Rister serves as executive producer with Cassian Elwes through their joint venture Waterfall Media.

Rister and Elwes are shepherding the project and hold US rights with Untitled.
