The Guardians Of The Galaxy star will join Jodie Foster in The Ink Factory’s thriller about a nurse at a hospital for criminals who suspects one of her charges is planning an assassination.
Lionsgate International is talking to buyers in Berlin on the thriller. Drew Pearce makes his directorial debut on Hotel Artemis, which The Ink Factory produces and is financing.
Marc Platt will produce alongside Adam Siegel and The Ink Factory’s Simon Cornwell and Stephen Cornwell. WME Global represents US rights.
- Terence Stamp has joined the cast of the odyssey adventure Viking Destiny in the role of Odin for sales agent Film Mode Entertainment, Misfits Entertainment, Fatal Black Film and Six Mile Hill. Production is set to begin in April in Northern Ireland.
- Yonatan Nir’s My Hero Brother has won the Audience Choice Award and Best Documentary Award at the 32nd Santa Barbara International Film Festival.
