Charlie Olsky has been named head of publicity at Oscilloscope Laboratories and will start work in his new post on Mar 4.

Olsky arrives from Susan Norget Film Promotion where he served for four-and-a-half years. In his new role he will oversee publicity on all current and future O-Scope releases and reports directly to company heads Dan Berger and David Laub.

O-Scope’s upcoming slate includes Matteo Garrone’s Cannes Grand Prix Winner Reality, as well as Todd Berger’s comedy It’s A Disaster starring David Cross, Julia Stiles and America Ferrera, which the company released this week [19] on the new Twitter-owned short film site Vine.

The roster also features Slamdance 2012 grand jury prize-winner Welcome To Pine Hill and the Sundance 2013 trio Mother Of George, A Teacher and After Tiller.

Olsky’s campaign credits at Susan Norget include Melancholia, Pina, Cave Of Forgotten Dreams andHow To Survive A Plague.
