21 year-old Overseas Filmgroup has been renamed First Look Media, incorporating five divisions - Overseas Filmgroup, First Look Pictures, First Look Home Entertainment, First Look Artists and First Look Internet.

Co-chairmen Robbie Little and Chris Cooney announced the reorganisation yesterday to reflect the expansion of the company following a $17m equity infusion early last year and a new $40m revolving line of credit at Chase Manhattan Bank.

The divisions are:
- Overseas Filmgroup headed by Liz Mackiewicz and Brian O'Shea which handles international sales and licensing of films including Before Night Falls, Quicksand with Michael Caine and Michael Keaton and Greenfingers with Helen Mirren and Clive Owen.
- First Look Pictures, the domestic distribution arm run by MJ Peckos, which has a slate this year including Michael Apted's Me & Isaac Newton, Silvio Soldini's Bread And Tulips and Andrew Dominik's Chopper which is playing in the World Cinema section of the Sundance Film Festival next month.
- First Look Home Entertainment run by Bill Bromiley has an upcoming slate including Lover's Prayer with Kirsten Dunst, Relative Values with Julie Andrews and Lane Janger's Just One Time.
- First Look Artists under Randy Lippert is the commercial production division which has a roster of talent on its books for commercial direction including Julie Taymor, Joan Chen, Julian Schnabel and Marleen Gorris.
- First Look Internet also headed by Randy Lippert is currently developing a live action comedy which it will produce with multimedia service provider Electronic Global Broadcasting System (EGBS).
