Pathe hasappointed David Woodward as sales director, UK Distribution. He takes up his new post late 2006 afterleaving his current job as head of sales at Icon Film Distribution.

In the Patherole, he replaces Neil Marshall who is departing Pathe after six years to becomedirector of sales for Warner Bros Pictures International UK.

"David has theideal blend of independent and commercial film experience, the relationshipswith the exhibitors and a proven track record that make him a perfect fit forPathe," said Francois Ivernel, MD Pathe UK.
