Former Fortissimo Films executive Raymond Phathanavirangoon has been appointed South-East Asian programmer at the Toronto International Film Festival. His selection remit includes Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, the Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, and Laos.
