Premier PR, the London and LA-based entertainment public relations agency, has acquired Flagship Publicity, the UK based celebrity representation and fashion/luxury goods brand PR..

Premier also recently brought in Deborah Harpur to run their Events Management department. Harpur was formerly in charge of Lilac Events at Purple PR. PPR already handles media management for events such as the upcoming Elle Style Awards and many major film premieres.

Clients of Flagship Publicity, under Laura Aron, include Pierce Brosnan, Sir Ben Kingsley, Daniel Craig and Olivia Williams. They join PPR's existing personality list which includes Kenneth Branagh, Ralph Fiennes and Sam Mendes.

Flagship also works with a number of US agencies, handling international and UK campaigns for US-based clients including Matthew Perry, LL Cool J and Heidi Klum. Their fashion/luxury goods clients include De Beers LV, Omega Watches, Calvin Klein Watches and Sama Eyewear.

Premier PR is part of the Miracle Media Group. Other companies in the group include the creative audio-visual agency Picture Production Company, design and promotions agency Beatwax and market research specialists First Movies.

The Flagship team will be operating from the Premier offices in central London from February 1.

Premier PR is run by co-managing directors Ginger Corbett, Sara Keene and Chris Paton with Pamela Godwin-Austen heading up the Los Angeles office.

PPR's current and recent PR campaigns include Calendar Girls, Shrek 2, Belleville Rendezvous, The Times London Film Festival, the San Sebastian Film Festival and premiere media coverage for Die Another Day, Matrix 2, Pirates of the Caribbean.

Film clients include BVI, Canal+, Columbia Tri-Star, DreamWorks, Focus Features, Fortissimo, Lionsgate, Pathé, Twentieth Century Fox, Toho Towa Co, United International Pictures and Warner Bros.
