I absolutely loved the characters in The Assassination of Jesse James. We have all seen the shoot em up version, but the total betrayal of a friend who is consumed by jealousy was much more gut wrenching to watch. Yes it was a bit long but some scenes were so good looking I forgave it. It would be nice to see an interesting Marilyn portrait.
