Alex Sheldon to @CurzonCinemas equates to Blair and New Labour to socialism. Electable, but to hell with the principles. Hot dogs? Seriously? Unpaid breaks? 30 minute lunch breaks? Why not go the whole hog, total Cineworld, total Vue, and play Transformers on screens for three months to nacho scoffing, e-number riddled drinks drinking, phone-using wiz-bang-pop overload junkies served by underpaid overworked staff? I'm sure the already record Curzon revenues will get yet another massive spike, and Mr Sheldon, who works in cinema exhibition, but couldn't be further away than a film enthusiast if he possibly tried, can bank a huge 'performance' bonus.
