I've read it cover to cover and it seems like a decent plan in its broadest sense. Obviously we won't know how this works until they start on the detail. It will be especially interesting to see how the new drive towards regional filmmakers is realised and what role Creative England will have in this. I'm also interested to see what type of TV projects they invest in. In film it's clear that they are looking for culturally significant but non-commercial filmmakers, but I can't see that approach working in the broadcast and streaming sectors.
