strategy is strategy but the devil is always in the detail and there is very little. it is pretty clear however that creative england's role is very much reduced and bfi is essentially recreating something not entirely unlike the old RSAs but in a reduced form and far more under the beady eye of BFI execs. this sounds less like real devolution and more like shuffling cards but keeping the hand even closer to your chest ...
