The points made by Villeneuve et all are valid points but Telefilm Canada is an very dysfunctional funding body with little or no success in English Canada. Not sure the answer lies in merging the two agencies but something has to be done. You can't invest 100 Mil a year and continue to make films that are largely embarrassing in quality.
