Seidelman with reunite withher Boynton Beach Bereavement Club screenwriterJonathan Brett on the story of a mild-mannered Manhattan dentist whose plan tokill his wife goes horribly wrong.

Principal photography is setto begin on Mar 1 2006 in New York. Jeff Mazzola's New York-based ZAMProductions Entertainment will produce with Seidelman and Brett.

"When I read this script Iwas struck by what a great vehicle it would be for a leading comic actor, who, like Alec Guinness in Kind Hearts And Coronets, can make the audience root for him while he'sembarking on some very funny, but sinister deeds," Seidelman said.

"The main character'squirky charm and obsessive determination almost make the homicides seemjustified. The script manages to be both sweet and dark at the same time."

ZAM Entertainment's creditsinclude the drama 2B Perfectly Honest and the romantic comedy It Had To Be You.

Mazzola has also begunpre-production on the MEGA Film/City Lights revenge drama Descent starring Rosario Dawson.
