The Butterfly Effect franchise producers William J Shively and AJ Dix have teamed up with former Collective packaging division head Shaun Redick to from the management, production and finance company Tower Hill Entertainment.

Redick arrives with his Collective colleague Ray Mansfield while Channing Shively rounds out the core team.

Tower Hill is lining up its maiden slate and assembling clients and will make further announcements shortly.

Shively and Dix are preparing to produce The Rum Dairy alongside Graham King, which is based on a novel by the late Gonzo reporter Hunter S Thompson and stars Johnny Depp and Amber Heard.

At The Collective, Redick and Mansfield were involved in packaging and/or representing upcoming titles such as Svarog-Afterburner Films' action thriller Kerosene Cowboys and Darko Entertainment's I Hope They Serve Beer in Hell based on Tucker Max's bestseller. Redick was previously an agent at ICM.
