Shmuger, Finkelstein promoted at Universal
Universal Pictures has promoted two senior executives - Marc Shmuger and Rick Finkelstein. Shmuger, formerly president of marketing, has been named vice chairman and Finkelstein, formerly president, has been given the additional title of chief operating officer (COO).
