The executive arrives from The Weinstein Company where he served as svp of international sales and distribution.
Kier will work closely with svp of sales Kristen Figeroid and reports to Sierra / Affinity principals Nick Meyer and Marc Schaberg.
“Jonathan brings with him a specific set of skills that will help Sierra / Affinity expand its business,” Meyer said. “He possesses a vast knowledge of film and strong sales experience, which combined with Kristen and the rest of our team, gives us a very talented and forward thinking sales force.”

Prior to TWC Kier worked in affiliate sales strategy at MTV Networks and before that worked in production and development at Universal-based Marc Platt Productions.
