Spanish producer Telespan 2000isnearing a five-picture distribution agreement with Buena VistaInternational in Spain.

The deal encompasses local theatrical distribution andpossibly video on five new titles, including Berlin Panorama Documentary title The Railroad All-Stars (EstrellasDe La Linea) by ChemaRodriguez.

Other titles include: David Serrano's Dias De Cine (Cinema Days), a co-production with Estudios Picasso and La ZonaFilms now shooting; Pedro Temboury's B-comedy Ellos Robaron La Picha De Hitler (literally, They Stole Hitler's Prick),a 100% Telespan production about to wrap; SantiagoLorenzo's odd couple comedy Al Calor De Las Brasas, alsowith Estudios Picasso, shooting this summer; andromantic comedy Flash, based on thenovel by Italian writer Massimo Bruni, in developmentfor a 2007 shoot.

The agreement furthers a long-standing relationship betweenthe two companies: BVI has released most of Telespan'sproductions to date in Spain,including hit musical comedies The 2Sides Of The Bed, its prequel The Other Side Of The Bed and David Serrano's 2003 comedy Football Days.

Also new on Telespan's slate: LolaGuerrero's mockumentary El Crimen De Una Novia starring actress Maria Bottoand flamenco dancer Rafael Amargo, set to screen outof Competition at the upcoming Spanish Film Festival of Malaga; and Con Amor O Sin Amor, a romantic comedy in early stages of developmentfor writer-director Serrano.
