The Toronto International Film Festival has added seven more Galas and 12 more Special Presentations to its lineup. The selections include world premieres from Carlos Saura, Don Roos, Christian Carion and Dev Benegal.

Highlights include Roos’ family drama Love and Other Impossible Pursuits starring Lisa Kudrow and Natalie Portman; Rodrigo Garcia’s mother-child relationship drama Mother And Child, starring Annette Bening, Naomi Watts and Kerry Washington; Derrick Borte’s comedy-drama The Joneses starring Demi Moore and David Duchovny; and Claire McCarthy’s drama The Waiting City, about an Australian couple who travel to India to adopt a child.

TIFF will also welcome several high-profile Venice titles, including Grant Heslov’s George Clooney-starring Men Who Stare At Goats and fashion designer Tom Ford’s directorial debut A Single Man.

Also, previously announced selection Excited, a romantic comedy directed by Bruce Sweeney, is now moved from Contemporary World Cinema to Special Presentations.
