UK admissions fell 5% in 2006 to 156.6m
UK admissions fell for the second consecutive year in 2006 to 156.6m despite an increase in the number of films released, new research reveals. According to the UK Film Council's Statistical Yearbook for 2006/07, cinema attendance in the UK fell 5% last year, compared to 2005.
