Trevor Alberyhas been promoted to vice president of anti-piracy operations in Europe, theMiddle East and Africa for Warner Bros.

Albery will bebased in London and will report to Warner Bros' senior vice president ofworldwide corporate anti-piracy Darcy Antonellis.

He joined thestudio as anti-piracy counsel for European anti-piracy operations in March2004.

Prior to joiningWarner Bros, Albery server four years as senior legal adviser at theInternational Federation of the Phonographic Industry in London.

He started his career as anintellectual property litigator with the London media firm Hamlin Slowe (nowHamlins), specialising in music industry litigation.

'Trevor'sskill and experience have already proven to be a valuable part of our effortsto protect the studio's content throughout this key region,' Antonellissaid. 'I'm confident that under his leadership, our anti-piracy effortswill continue to be proactive and productive.'
