Warner Bros.Pictures International (WBPI) has announced three promotions in its marketingdepartment, with Samantha Reid becoming vice president of marketing, creativeadvertising and production, Blair Rich becoming vice president of marketing andcreative advertising and Lance Volland becoming vice president of publicity.

The promotionswere announced today (Apr 29) by Sue Kroll, WBPI's president ofmarketing.

Reid and Richwill report directly to Kroll, while Volland will continue to report to MicKramer, the division's senior vice president of publicity. All theexecutives are based in Burbank, California.

"Samantha,Blair and Lance are all vital members of our marketing team. With the excitingslate of films Warner Bros Pictures has planned for international release therest of this year and beyond, their roles are all increasingly valuable toassuring our continued success overseas," Kroll said in a statement.

"All threeof these individuals work incredibly hard and are outstanding at what theydo."

Reid isresponsible for overseeing the development and implementation of internationalmarketing campaigns and strategies for Warner Bros and is supervising campaignsfor the upcoming international releases of The Matrix Reloaded and The Matrix Revolutions.

Rich willcontinue her oversight of the creative development and implementation ofinternational marketing campaigns and strategies. She is currently working onthe upcoming releases of Matchstick Men, The Last Samurai and Scooby-Doo 2: Monsters Unleashed, among others.

Volland isresponsible for supervising all the division's publicity, including tradepublicity, press materials and junkets, film festivals and media promotions andtie-ins.
