Thai production house GMMTai Hub (GTH), which attended AFM for the first time this year, has pre-sold Alone and Dorm to France's Wild Side Films during the market.

Alone,unveiled at Pusan last month, is a $2.5m follow-up by directorsParkpoom Wongpoom and Banjong Pisanthanakun to their Asian box office sensationShutter. The horror is expected to startshooting next March with a Korean actress in a leading role.

Suspense thriller Dorm about boarding school life,directed by Songyos Sugmakanan (My Girl),is currently in post-production for a February 2006 release in Thailand.

Meanwhile, GTH's Dear Dakanda has become the fourthbiggest local film this year, grossing 80 million baht in Bangkok after eight weeks of release. The romantic comedy isdirected by another My Girl director,Komkrit Treewimol.

This year's top three Thaititles are Sahamongkolfilm's actioner TomYum Goong and comedy Yam Yasothorn,and Pranakorn Film's comedy Luang PeeTeng.
