Former IM Global executive and Hyde Park International president Ruzanna Kegeyan to oversee new sales slate.

Lisa Wilson and Myles Nestel’s sales outfit The Solution is teaming with production and post-production specialists Siren Studios on a production slate and genre sales label.

The Solution will relocate to Siren Studios, a 100,000+sq ft campus in Hollywood.

The new sales outfit, Synchronicity, will represent eight to ten horror, action, thriller and comedy films per year. Former IM Global executive and Hyde Park International president Kegeyan [pictured] will oversee operations and worldwide sales on the slate. She will report to Nestel and Wilson.

The slate will be a combination of third party titles, co-productions and in-house productions utilsing the Siren Studios production and post production facilities.

Nestel said: “When we launched The Solution in January, one of our goals was to be able to provide producers with access to state of the art physical production and post production facilities in the heart of Hollywood in addition to our one-stop finance and sales operation.”

“The partnership with Siren Studios opens the doors to those ambitions and our aim to be a 21st century approach to the old studio system by squeezing out production inefficiencies and streamlining the production workflow,” he continued.

Siren Studios president and CEO Dean Gavoni said: “This partnership with The Solution represents a key business driver that utilizes the breadth of our production service offering including post production.”

The studios already host commercial productions, high end photo shoots, special events, equipment rentals and post production. Construction is currently underway on a 25,000 sq ft sound stage and the company recently debuted its post-production and special effects facility Inspire Studios in Hollywood, partnered with Kyle Jackson.

The Solution’s slate includes Writers, currently in post-production starring Greg Kinnear, Jennifer Connelly and Lily Collins; thriller Grand Piano, starring Elijah Wood and John Cusack; thriller Felony, starring Joel Edgerton, espionage thriller November Man starring Pierce Brosnan and Dominic Cooper to be directed by Roger Donaldson; and the Simon Pegg starrer Hector And The Search For Happiness to be directed by Peter Chelsom.
