Theron will receive the CinemaCon Distinguished Decade Of Achievement in Film Award on Apr 26. She won the Oscar for Monster in 2004 and earned a Golden Globe nomination earlier this year for Young Adult.

She is set to star this summer as the Evil Queen in Universal’s Snow White And The Huntsman and also stars in sci-fi adventure Prometheus for Fox.

“Over the past decade, Charlize Theron has proven that as an actor, she can do it all,” show managing director Mitch Neuhauser said. “Whether her role be comedic or dramatic, she never ceases to entertain audiences with her unique ability to capture the essence of any character.”

CinemaCon is set to run from Apr 23-26.
