The Full Frame Documentary Film Festival has announced its line-up of films around the 2011 Career Award honouring Ricki Stern and Annie Sundberg.
The five-film retrospective incudes the US premiere of Burma Soldier as well as The Devil Came On Horseback, In My Corner, Joan Rivers – A Piece Of Work and The Trials Of Darryl Hunt.
Stern and Sundberg will be on hand during the festival, which runs from Apr 14-17 in Durham, North Carolina, for Q&A sessions following the films.
“We are excited to showcase Annie and Ricki’s films over the course of the festival,” director of programming Sadie Tillery said. “It is especially meaningful to have so many of the individuals featured in their work in attendance.”
