Business affairs overlord Mark Musselman has been promoted to evp of Serendipity Point Films effective immediately (28) and will continue to manage the company’s business relations with financial partners, distributors and government agencies while seeking out new opportunities.

Aida Tannyan, who has been in charge of finance since 2000, becomes vp of finance while Ari Lantos, who joined the company in 2008, becomes vp of production in charge of the company’s feature and TV slate.

Wendy Saffer has handled the company’s marketing and press relations since its inception in 1998 and is named vp of communications while five-year veteran Ben Murray becomes director of business affairs and development.

“I am privileged to have a talented and loyal team of executives” Serendipity Point Films chairman Lantos said. “They form the nucleus of the company and will propel its future growth.”

The company’s feature credits includes Barney’s Version (pictured), Being Julia, Eastern Promises and Sunshine.
