President of distribution Nat Abraham and CFO Michael McGuigan have joined Breakthrough founders Ira Levy and Peter Williamson as partners in the company’s 30th anniversary year.

Abraham joined the Toronto-based film and television production and distribution company in 2006 and McGuigan arrived in 1999.

“Since Breakthrough Entertainment’s early beginnings, our company has grown tremendously and over the years Nat and Michael have contributed meaningfully to that growth,” said Levy. “As our new partners, this management team will ensure the trend continues into the future.”

“With their extensive industry experience Nat and Michael (both pictured) will continue to strengthen Breakthrough’s position as a world leader in the production and distribution of globally relevant programming,” said Williamson.

Breakthrough Entertainment was established in 1984.
