Anchor Bay has paid low seven figures for all US rights to the high school reunion film Ten Year starring Channing Tatum and Rosario Dawson.

The distributor plans a significant spring theatrical release after negotiating the deal with Paradigm Motion Pictures Finance Group. Voltage Pictures is selling international sales on Jamie Linden’s directorial debut.

Paradigm’s independent film group will be at the AFM this week and represents domestic rights to the Ed Harris haunted submarine thriller Phantom and Killing Season, the John Travolta-Robert De Niro thriller formerly called Shrapnel that Mark Steven Johnson will direct.

Nu Image is co-financing with Corsan and takes the lead on international sales. Production in Louisiana is set to kick off on Jan 16, 2012.

Meanwhile Well Go USA has acquired all North American rights from Fortissimo to Wei Te-Sheng’s Taiwanese foreign language Oscar submission Warriors Of The Rainbow: Seediq Bale produced by John Woo.

Lin Ching-Tai, Umin Boya, Ando Masanobu and Kawahara Sabu star in the drama, which has grossed more than $20m in Taiwan.

Meanwhile a deal is expected shortly on recent Toronto world premiere Hick starring Chloe Moretz and Blake Lively. Cassian Elwes is selling domestic rights.
