Power To The Pixel’s cross-media course to be held in Potsdam, Germany (June 26 – July 02).

Industry training and consultancy group Power to the Pixel will select up to 40 European producers, executives and industry members to attend the second edition of the Pixel Lab, a residential six-day workshop from June 26 – July 02, 2011, with a focus on developing stories for film, television, online, gaming and mobile platforms.

Producers who attend The Pixel Lab with a cross-media project will receive distance learning between July and September to devise a selling document, followed by final project presentations to invited industry guests during Power to the Pixel’s Cross-Media Forum held each October in London.

One producer will be awarded with The Pixel Lab prize.

Teachers confirmed for the course include Ian Ginn, Story Architect & Founder, Transmedia Story Network (Netherlands); Ben Grass, MD Pure Grass Films (UK); Michel Reilhac, Executive Director ARTE France Cinéma (France) and Adam Sigel, Content Strategist & Writer (US).

Applications for the Pixel Lab will open on February 14, 2011.
