DeMille is named evp of marketing and sales at Inception Media Group while Lee becomes evp of product development.

Separately Andrew Marcus has been named to the new post of COO at reality TV production company RelativityREAL.

Marcus most recently served as president of corporate development and strategy at Relativity Media and will report to RelativityREAL CEO Tom Forman.

In his previous role Marcus oversaw the company’s international distribution network.
