Next month shooting will get underway in Ireland for Jason Connery’s comedy Of Corset’s Mine, which centres on a womanising aristocrat forced to disguise himself as a woman to save his sister’s inheritance. Sharon Soboil wrote the script and William Moseley will star alongside Camilla Belle, Derek Jacobi and Christine Baranski and Lucy Punch. Fantastic Films, Reynolds Entertainment and Narrator Entertainment are jointly producing and The Works has aqvuired international sales rights.

The scandal of Captain Alfred Dreyfus, a nineteenth century Jewish officer in the French Army, who was wrongly imprisoned for allegedly passing secrets to the Germans will be the subject of Roman Polanski’s next feature, called D. Robert Harris wrote the screenplay and Robert Benmussa and Alain Sarde are producing for RP Films and Les Films Alain Sarde respectively. Lionsgate has been appointed to handle international sales and will take the film to Cannes, while ICM will release the drama in North America. Shooting is planned for the end of this year in Paris.
