Philippe Le Guay’s rom-com and upcoming Strand release Service Entrance and Dany Boon’s comedy Nothing To Declare bookend the 15th Annual City Of Lights, City Of Angels (COL•COA).

The annual event staged by the Franco-American Cultural Fund (FACF) is set to run in Los Angeles from Apr 11-18 and will screen 34 features including world premieres of Maurice Barthelemy’s comedy Low Cost and Kad Merad’s family title Monsieur Papa.

The roster includes Cedric Klapisch’s My Piece Of The Pie, Guillaume Canet’s Little White Lies, Pierre Salvadori’s Beautiful Lies and Thierry Klifa’s His Mother’s Eyes starring Catherine Deneuve.

“The relationship between COL•COA and our audiences has evolved into a genuine love story over the last 15 years,” director and programmer Francois Truffart said. “We are thrilled that for this 15th anniversary year, we will bring an equally exclusive and high profile line up, keeping the passion for French cinema alive for both our loyal and new attendees.”

For the first time COL•COA will present a programme of shorts from students of La Femis in Paris, while to celebrate the 2011 COL•COA Awards two of the winning films will screen for free on Apr 18.

COL•COA is funded by the FACF, a partnership of the Directors Guild Of America, the Motion Picture Association Of America, France’s Society Of Authors, Composers And Publishers Of Music and the Writers Guild Of America, West, with the support of France’s Association Of Authors, Directors And Producers, the Los Angeles Film and TV Office of the French Embassy and Unifrance.
