TLA Entertainment Inc. president Raymond Murray’s newly formed Artsploitation Films has announced three North American acquisitions.
Kaushik Mukherjee’s Indian hip-hop drama Gandu, Gu Su-yeon’s Japanese gangster action film Hard Romanticker and Alexander Vartanov’s Russian coming-of-age film Bullet Collector will be released in the US and Canada this summer and in the autumn.
“I could not have a better selection of films to launch Artsploitation,” Murray said. “All three are visually and dramatically explosive with innovative film techniques and a trio of unforgettable anti-heroes. Our goal is to select films which entertain as well as push the cinematic envelope – these three certainly do!”
More Artsploitation titles will be announced in the weeks to come.
