Venice premieres La Llorona and El Príncipe are among the 15 titles.
Line-up also includes films by Louise Archambault, Guillaume Nicloux, José Luis Torres Leiva, Ina Weisse, Adilkhan Yerzhanov and David Zonana.
Strand includes Fyzal Boulifa’s Lynn + Lucy and Beyond The Horizon starring Laetitia Casta and Clémence Poésy.
Film will have its European premiere in San Sebastian’s New Directors competition.
Further titles include Belén Funes’ debut ’A Thief’s Daughter’.
The project, with the working title Rifkin’s Festival, is set during the San Sebastian Film Festival and starts shooting this week.
