Bob Levin, former president of worldwide marketing at Sony Pictures Entertainment, has joined LA-based marketing and advertising agency Creative Domain as president of newly formed Creative Domain Enterprises.

He will focus on expanding the company's theatrical marketing activities beyond audiovisual, print and interactive marketing services into marketing consultations and planning, promotion, publicity, media services, product placement, merchandising and licensing consultation and implementation.

Levin is also planning to develop new businesses and services on a global basis for Creative Domain under Creative Domain Enterprises, which will plan to offer a broad spectrum of marketing services to entertainment-related or lifestyle-oriented businesses such as sport, fashion, music, internet, theme parks etc.

Before SPE, Levin was head of the worldwide marketing department at Walt Disney Studios where he oversaw campaigns for The Lion King, Pretty Woman, The Little Mermaid and Aladdin among others as well as initiating the relationship between McDonald's and Disney and creating the marketing arm of Buena Vista International.
