Odeon UCI selects Arts Alliance Media as Theatre Management System supplier in Germany, Austria and Italy

Arts Alliance Media (AAM) will equip 661 Odeon & UCI Cinemas Group screens across Germany, Italy and Austria with its digital cinema software.

AAM’s Theatre Management System (TMS) and Library Management Server (LMS) will help organize the digital equipment and screening schedules across Odeon’s cinemas.

TMS provides real-time monitoring of content, allowing theatre managers to immediately correct scheduling conflicts, create and change playlists, and see what films are playing on which screens, all from a centralized hub. LMS in turn stores, receives, and plays content on a web interface.

Odeon UCI has already converted 475 of its screens to digital in a rollout set to finish by mid-2012.
