The content includes exclusive coverage of the Rushes Soho Shorts Film Festival, including the finalist shorts in each of the festival's six categories, which will comprise a dedicated channel, which will also show past festival highlights.
Babelgum is aiming to build a library of 100,000 hours of content on demand, free, to users.
