IMF-backed Pacifica Film Development, a wholly owned subsidiary of Internationalmedia and sister company to Intermedia, has promoted Linda Benjamin and Chris Dubrow to the positions of co-presidents. Dubrow will continue to oversee production and development, while Benjamin oversees business affairs and operations.

Both will report to Internationalmedia co-chairmen Moritz Borman, Nigel Sinclair and Guy East.

Both Benjamin and Dubrow have been associated with Pacifica, the LA-based film development and production company backed by Germany's Internationale Medien Und Film 2 (IMF), since its inception in July 1997.

Dubrow was formerly director of development at Lakeshore Entertainment and joined Pacifica as vice president of development; Benjamin who co-founded legal firm Garvin & Benjamin initially served as outside counsel to Pacific before becoming senior vice president of business affairs in Jan 2000.

Pacifica's credits include The Wedding Planner, Nurse Betty, Where The Money Is and Clay Pigeons. It is currently working on K-PAX, K-19: The Widowmaker and The Quiet American.
