Gaspare Benso has been appointed senior vice president of international finance and planning at Paramount Home Entertainment (PHE).
Benso is responsible for all international financial functions, including planning and forecasting, financial reporting and business support and will report to PHE president Dennis Maguire and executive vice president of finance and planning Kathy Wilk.
Prior to Paramount Benso worked in the NBC Universal/General Electric fold for more than nine years in a variety of global CFO roles. Before that he held various executive positions at companies like UIP in London and Telemontecarlo in Rome.
'Gaspare has proven himself as a seasoned financial and operational executive with excellent international experience,' Maguire said. 'His leadership expertise and experience in building strong teams of different nationalities will be a tremendous asset to our division.'
