Frenchsales agent Celluloid Dreams has struck a host of deals on Cannes hopeful BellevilleRendez-vous (aka Les Triplettes De Belleville) and has also agreed a five-picture package deal with UKdistributor Metro Tartan.

Belleville, an animated thriller for adultsdirected by Sylvain Chomet, is part of the Metro-Tartan package, which alsoincludes Jean-Pierre Limousin's recent Novo, Marina De Van's InMy Skin,Bertrand Bonello's Tiresia and Who Killed Bambi', the directorial debut ofGilles Marchand, screenwriter behind Harry He's Here To Help and Human Resources. In My Skin, which was previouslyhandled by Mercure Distribution and screens here in the and at the AFM, wasalso sold to Russia's May Win Media.

Celluloidnotched up further sales on 5x2, the relationship drama being prepared byFrancois Ozon that will follow his Cannes hopeful Swimming Pool. 5x2 wasgrabbed by Rosebud for Greece and Intercinema for Russia. Celluloid is now inadvanced negotiations to sell 5x2 and Belleville to Germany and Japan.

KiyoshiKurosawa's Bright Future, which is yet another Celluloid title tipped for aCannes festival slot, was the subject of an early sale for The Netherlands toFilm Museum.
