British cinematographer Adrian Biddle, who most recently worked onV for Vendetta, died December 7.

The cause of death was an apparent heartattack. Biddle had been travelling from his home in Weybridge to a commercialshoot in London.

Biddle, a member of the British Societyof Cinematographers, was Oscar-nominated for his work on Thelma & Louise. His other credits include Aliens, The World Is Not Enough, The Butcher Boy, Bridget Jones: The Edge ofReason, and The Mummy.

A spokeswoman for the British Society ofCinematographers said that Biddle was 53 years old. He is survived by his wife Mo(who also worked as his agent) and three children.

A memorial service is tentatively plannedfor December 17.
